Hats Off

I was so impressed last winter that Riley would wear a beanie without a fight or trying to take it off. It gave me false hope for this year. With the weather getting much colder, and without much hair, Riley needs something on his head to help keep him warm. Having him wear any sort of beanie or hat has been impossible. As of yesterday morning, he seems to have changed his mind. After looking himself over in his mirror, he went to his closet, pulled out his Aces baseball hat and put it on backwards. Satisfied, he wore it around the house until nap time. So now there is a bit of a compromise when we go out. Riley will wear his Aces hat, if it is on backwards. At least it is something!
