Yesterday was Riley’s first day of school! He has been so excited, especially since the meet and greet last week. He kept reminding me that Delaney and I would leave, then pick him up when school was over. There are sixteen kids in the class with two teachers, Mrs. B and Miss Wasson. I was extremely proud of how confident he was! I was still a mess by the time I got to the car, but that’s a mom thing. Whether your little one is crying for you not to leave or simply says see you later, it is a sentimental milestone.
