Riley is at a frustrating stage when it comes to eating. He still loves his fruits and vegetables, but has become a bit picky when it comes to other things, even with foods he used to love. Tonight I made a family favorite, Missy McClure’s enchiladas. Riley finally relented and tried a bite. Before we knew it, he had eaten an entire enchilada – yeah!
