Great Wolf Lodge
When Riley got out of school on Thursday, we made the short drive to Grand Mound to spend a couple nights at Great Wolf Lodge, an indoor waterpark resort. We had a great time in the water and spending two days in 84*! Delaney and I also had manicures, then Riley and I got to spend an evening playing MagiQuest together.
Wolf Haven
On our way home on Saturday, we stopped by Wolf Haven, a wolf sanctuary. The kids thought it was really neat to see Wolfie and Alphie’s family and friends :)
The Big 3-2
Sunday was a relaxing birthday having fun at home as a family. Dad made a yummy breakfast and delicious dinner, which ended with my favorite cupcakes from Pinkabella (almond cupcakes with vanilla bean buttercream frosting)! And our wolf weekend ended on a high note with Nevada alumnus Colin Kaepernick leading the 49ers to a win! Next up for Kap, the Super Bowl!!
