It is hard to believe Riley has been through an entire school year! We were so lucky to find this school and appreciate his amazing teachers! On top of all the wonderful things they have done, they gave us a personalized scrapbook they had been making throughout the year! We are excited for the new opportunity Mrs. Wasson has accepted, but sad that it means Delaney will not have her as a teacher. We are very happy Mrs. Gorham and Miss Stefani will still be around next year!
Today, the school had a Moving Up Ceremony. I LOVE going to things like this! They started with the entire school doing a song together.
Then, Riley's class stayed on stage to do their own number.
They completed their portion by recognizing each student as they left the stage.
Right now, Riley is a little annoyed at the concept of summer break, he still wants to be going to school! He goes in waves of being excited or upset at the thought of having a new class next year, he’ll have a different teacher and only half of his friends from this year will be in the same class. I just keep reminding him that both PreK classes have recess together!
