We are now on day six of Snowpocalypse 2012 and there seems to be no end in sight. Sure, we have experienced big snowstorms in Reno, but this is different. Practically the entire county is shut down, school and sports have been cancelled all week. We live in a neighborhood referred to as Education Hill, which as the name suggests, is at the top of a hill. Redmond police have set up roadblocks to prevent people from driving in or out of the neighborhood, so we have barely left the house, which also means we haven’t been to the new house in almost two weeks! We have made the most of it though. We finally found a positive to having the biggest and steepest driveway in the neighborhood, it makes an awesome slope for sledding! We have also made five snowmen and countless snow angels.
