Saturday was a very busy day. It started with a drive out to Minden for Gabrielle's 3rd birthday party. We learned a lot about Dora the Explorer! During her party, Gabrielle was nice enough to let Riley take a nap in her new bed! At one point when I went in to check on him, Gabrielle was sitting next to the bed looking at Riley as he "talked" to her. When she saw me, she immediately let me know, "Aunt Erin, Riley is awake. He is okay, but he is awake now."

Grandma Wallace flew in for the weekend to join the festivities.
Auntie Angie loves holding Riley during our time together. Matthew always wants to, but does not always have the opportunity. Since Auntie Angie was so busy running the party, Matthew made sure to take advantage of the situation. He waited until the time was just right before asking if he could hold Riley.
